I designed my first improvisation-based workshops for sales and leadership teams, whilst being an Account Director at global payment firm Mastercard. Moved by the success of these sessions, I founded “Yes, And!” workshops in 2021.
Born in France and raised in Canada, I always had a curious mind, a sense for audacity and a natural skill for connecting with others. As a child, I enjoyed most interviewing people on the street and producing “fake” TV shows featuring my younger sister and myself.
Interested in the business world, I studied Commerce at McGill University (Montreal) and completed my MBA at ESSEC Business School in Paris and Peking University in Beijing. Simultaneously, I developed my passion for performing arts by founding, directing and performing in several theatre troops in Canada and in France.
As a consultant with global strategy firm Kearney and later with Inzenka (now SIA Partners), a British consulting boutique specialized in innovation, I discovered the importance of delivering outstanding work, leading clients and constantly adapting to new challenges. Often though, I also grasped that it takes more than a logic mind to create intimacy with someone, that teams work in silos, and that pushing products without really listening, will not seal the deal.
At “Yes, And!” workshops, I am thrilled to leverage more than 12 years of experience in many teams globally, combined with applying the most powerful techniques of improvisation theatre, to help businesses grow high performing teams!
