What makes “Yes, And!” special

A young man and a young woman, wearing white clothes, standing and smiling

— Innovative & global approach

Based on relevant improvisation techniques for team development, combined to business learnings from Canada, UK and France

Two adults in a corporate setting, standing up in front of two persons, seating in chairs

— High impact, flexible format

60 minutes to 3 hour-long, fully interactive, F2F or online sessions for small groups (up to 12 participants), with emphasis on role plays

— Deep business understanding

Designed by a French and Canadian trainer, with 15 years in consulting & sales (ex-Mastercard, Kearney) and many more as actress and improviser

Two adults standing up, facing each other and playing a game, making hand gestures and laughing, with a third person in the middle, dressed up in business attire, looking at them.

“37% of workers claim that the opportunity to work with a great team are their top reason for staying at their firm .”

— Gusto (all-in-one HR platform)

3 reasons to try “Yes, And!” workshops:

1. Human skills, such as leadership and collaboration, are more important than ever.

Our world is dominated by tech, data & AI,
which are all machine-based!

2. Ability to adapt,
dive-in and improvise are mandatory to keep winning.

Innovation is fast-paced and dealing with uncertainty is the new normal…

3. Commitment towards employers and work relationships is weaker.

Virtual communication and remote work have transformed the way we engage.

 FAQs

  • It is normal to feel uncomfortable before starting our programme, as it is something different from day-to-day work! Be reassured though, our sessions are not comedy classes! Sessions are designed for work teams in a corporate environment and include fun warm-ups, ice-breakers (nothing too crazy) and role-plays in a professional setting. Also, we emphasise at the beginning of each session, to be non-judgmental and to support each others.

  • “Yes, And!” sessions can take place either virtually or face-to-face, in English or in French.

  • Human skills are hard to measure, as they grow with time and experiences, and they can not be assessed at the end of a training, like for “hard” skills.
However, we know that ROI is key in businesses, so we can offer several options ways to assess impact of our programmes on individual and team performance:

    • Feedback questionnaires (“warm” feedback after the session and “cold” feedback a few weeks / months after)

    • Return on experience check-ins and/or 360 feedback to assess impact on the job

    • More innovative approaches can be designed, such as “test-and-learn”

Feel free to discuss your needs with us and we will design the most suitable approach for you.
